Clocking in at feature-length, this is a massive 8.5/10 that finally delivers the answers we’ve been craving. The reveal of Vecna’s identity and the intricate origin story is a masterstroke of narrative payoff, tying together years of lore in one chilling sequence.
However, the “movie-length” episode format is a double-edged sword; while the content is top-tier, the sheer volume makes it feel slightly bloated. It’s an exhausting watch that probably would have benefited from being split in two to let the revelations breathe.
Still, the visual craft and the way the different timelines collide for that final reveal make it an undeniable high point for the series.
