After the brilliant last episode, this one felt like a slight step down, but there was still plenty to enjoy.
Sheldon trying to insert himself back into Leonard's app project, even after being fired, was classic Sheldon. His attempts to recruit Raj and Howard to his rival team were particularly funny because he genuinely seemed to believe that a few mugs and key chains would win them over.
The bus pants gag felt a little recycled, since we've seen Sheldon obsess over similar things before, but his inability to accept that the others could succeed without him made up for it. I also liked how Leonard tried to keep the project moving while dealing with Sheldon's endless interference.
My favourite part, though, was the final scene with Penny's shoe-shopping app. Watching Sheldon struggle with a simple idea that he couldn't resist criticising was a great way to end the episode.
7.5/10: Not quite at the level of the previous one, but still a very entertaining outing.
