Ep 3 beat the last one, but only slightly. I'm still waiting for the fear to show up.
The case digs deeper and the story keeps moving. Rapp's dream scene and the mother scene both worked well for me. Both added depth to the people involved. The story feels steadier now.
But setup keeps piling on setup. I want glimpses of scares, small moments that build the dread and tell me where this is heading. A slow build works only when something creepy hangs in the air. I'm watching a series called Yaga, so I expect real chills, and I can't feel them yet.
6.5/10: The mystery still holds my attention. Three episodes in, I'm ready for the payoff. Now the show needs to escalate. Give me an episode that scares me, and I'll happily bump the score. I'm still in.
