Two Decades of Arsenal Frustration in One Line

B52 rating: 6.5/10

It’s a good episode, even if it doesn’t quite reach the heights of the show’s absolute best.

The core premise of Roy and Moss trying to fake their way into “proper” masculine culture is highly amusing. However, the real standout is the football banter. The line, “What was Wenger thinking, sending Walcott on that early?” is a brilliant joke. It perfectly encapsulates two entire decades of Arsenal frustration in a single, hilarious sentence.

Jen’s shallow dealbreaker about her boyfriend looking like a magician is a fun B-plot, but it’s that specific, hyper-real football dialogue that truly elevates the episode.

6.5/10: It’s sharp, well-observed, and reliably funny, even if the bank robbery escalation feels just a touch familiar.
