A decent episode that keeps the story moving without ever quite escaping the setup phase. It adds pieces, raises stakes and deepens a few relationships, but it still feels like the show is carefully arranging the board rather than letting anything properly explode.
There's enough intrigue to hold attention and the tone remains consistent with what's come before, yet nothing here feels especially surprising or urgent. It's competent, watchable television that does its job of advancing the larger mystery, but it doesn't deliver the spark or escalation that would push it beyond solid.
7/10: Interesting enough on its own terms, just not extraordinary.
