Another very funny episode, with Sheldon's fear of germs providing some of the best comedy. His panic over accidentally drinking from Leonard's glass is classic Sheldon, and the way he eventually ends up in hospital quarantine is a brilliant payoff.
Howard's engagement also gets a proper airing, with his anxiety about telling his mother leading to a series of increasingly ridiculous events.
But the standout scene for me is Bernadette finally losing her patience and shouting at Howard in exactly the same manner as his mother. The resemblance is priceless, and Howard suddenly finds himself dealing with two versions of the same person!
8/10: A consistently entertaining episode with some great character comedy.
