Justice League: Warworld

I watched this purely for Crisis on Infinite Earths setup. Big mistake.

After six Tomorrowverse entries with mixed results, this anthology disaster nearly killed my interest in the franchise. The title promises “Warworld” but delivers 75 minutes of disconnected Elseworlds segments – Wild West Wonder Woman, barbarian Batman, 1950s Superman – that feel more like rejected pitches than actual stories.

Jensen Ackles, Stana Katic, and Darren Criss return, but even their reliable voices can’t save bland, emotionless segments that play like table readings. No framing device connects these worlds, making the whole experience feel random and pointless.

The actual Warworld content? Maybe 15 minutes at the end. As someone who suffered through hoping for Crisis connections, I can confirm this adds virtually nothing to the overarching story.

Unless you’re a completionist, skip this entirely. Your two hours are precious… don’t waste them like I did. The Tomorrowverse deserved better than this creative misfire.

Save yourself the pain. Watch Crisis without this “setup.”
