Mission Alarum on Prime lost me in 15 min, although I sustained for half an hour.
What starts as a spy-thriller setup quickly turns into a muddled, low-energy slog.
Scott Eastwood tries to brood his way through a script that gives him nothing to work with, and the dialogue feels recycled from a dozen better movies. Sylvester Stallone shows up briefly, but his single scene (as of 30 min) feels like a random cameo, not a character.
The pacing is glacial, the tone confused, and the tension nonexistent. It’s as if the director thought the cast alone could carry a story that never actually begins. Slick lighting and slow stares can’t hide that this mission was never worth launching.
