Just rewatched Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya after 20 years and 7.5/10 – still a riot!
Salman is on fire… every smirk, every line, every dance move screams 2000s superstar. His chemistry with Katrina (so cute and funny) and Sushmita (total boss energy) had me grinning like an idiot.
David Dhawan throws in fake wives, jealous goons, and hospital gags like confetti – it’s loud, silly, and so much fun. Himesh’s songs slap: Just Chill makes me wanna dance, Dil Di Nazar gives beachy vibes.
Sure, the story’s thin and the jokes are corny, but when Salman’s flirting, Sushmita’s roasting, and Katrina’s blushing, who needs logic? Sohail and Arshad are comedy gold. It’s not deep – it’s joy.
Perfect lazy-Sunday watch with chai and nostalgia. Wish they still made these!
