As someone dipping deeper into Demon Slayer with this Infinity Castle movie, I was blown away by the exceptional animation – Ufotable’s visuals are pure eye candy, making every scene pop with color and detail.
The BGM is spot-on, swelling perfectly during the highs, and the storytelling weaves nice emotional threads alongside thrilling, heart-pounding action fights that had me gripped. It’s a visual and adrenaline rush like few others.
That said, the pacing hit some rough patches in the middle… it dragged at times, with moments that felt drawn out and slowed the momentum. Coming in as more of a newcomer, it didn’t always land with full impact.
Solid 6/10 overall. Die-hard series fans will likely adore it way more; for casuals like me, it’s spectacular but not essential. Still, that animation alone is worth the ticket!
