Revealing the Method, Hiding the Mastermind

Ep 4 does an excellent job of giving the audience more information without diminishing the mystery.
By this point, The Capture starts pulling back the curtain on how some of the manipulation may be happening, which makes the central premise even more fascinating. Importantly, the show answers a few “how” questions while remaining very careful about the bigger “who” and “why” questions.
I particularly liked how the stakes continue to rise. The conspiracy no longer feels abstract, and the consequences become much more personal for several characters. The tension remains consistently high, and there is a growing sense that everyone is operating with only part of the truth.
The writing deserves credit for revealing enough to reward viewers while still holding back key pieces of the puzzle. The final scenes introduce an intriguing new angle that immediately made me want to continue with the next episode.
