Mr. Mackey and Ms. Choksondik, and That “Red Rocket” Dinner Party
I was laughing out loud from the very first scene of this episode. It captures the absolute peak of South Park’s ability to escalate a simple misunderstanding into pure chaos.
Stan innocently demonstrating the “Red Rocket” trick on his dog in front of his parents’ horrified dinner guests is one of the funniest openings they’ve ever done. The way the school’s sex-ed class completely spirals out of control as they frantically discuss positions and terrify the kids is hilarious.
But for me, the absolute gold of the episode is the grotesque, yet weirdly sweet physical contrast between Mr. Mackey and Ms. Choksondik when they finally make out. It’s just brilliant, cringey comedy.
