One of the Most Original, Bizarre Plotlines South Park Has Ever Done
I was thoroughly entertained by how incredibly weird and unique this entire half-hour felt, solid 7.5/10.
What really stood out to me was just how original the plot was compared to most episodes. It is a hugely satirical slap in the face to corporate merchandising, wrapped up in a ridiculous sci-fi war that the boys couldn’t care less about.
I absolutely loved Towelie’s distinct, raspy voice – he is such a hilariously worthless, drug-addled creation and feels like another great, highly memorable addition to the show’s roster of bizarre entities, right alongside Mr. Hankey. Watching the kids completely ignore a massive alien conspiracy just because they want to play their Okama Gamesphere was pure gold.
