Slough House Is in Grave Danger
IMDb rating: 7/10
I found the first half of this episode a bit slow and scattered. With so many different plot threads getting picked up all at once, it was honestly a little easy to feel lost for a moment. Once the second half kicks in, though, everything starts coming together nicely. The realisation that the entire Slough House team is in grave danger elevates the stakes immediately, shifting the whole vibe of the season into high gear.
Jackson Lamb is as brilliant as ever while piecing the hit list together, but that final scene inside David Cartwright’s house is what truly steals the show. Seeing Sid Baker walk back into the picture after all this time was an unbelievable twist that caught me completely off guard.
It ends on a strong 7/10 and sets up a tense road ahead.
