Too Many Resurrections Weigh Down a Mediocre Episode
IMDb rating: 6/10
This felt like an average outing that struggled to deliver much real momentum. When a series starts bringing back a slew of characters who were seemingly dead, it begins to feel excessive and strains the overall credibility. The relentless parade of resurrections takes away some of the narrative weight of earlier seasons, making the stakes feel a bit cheapened.
Thankfully, Jackson Lamb remains uniquely funny, keeping the episode afloat with his trademark cynical wit and effortless disdain for everyone around him. His sharp one-liners and practical approach provide the main highlights in an otherwise disjointed hour that spends too much time spinning its wheels.
6/10: It is still watchable and engaging, but it definitely ranks lower than the typical standard of the show.
