Paris, Meet Mr. Slave
This one made me laugh hard. South Park goes after Paris Hilton, and it works. She’s rich, she’s famous, and she has zero talent. The show sees right through her, and I loved every second of it.
The Butters bit is gold. His parents actually sit down and talk about selling him for 250 million. That’s so wrong, and I couldn’t stop laughing. Then the wh0re-off happens. I won’t spoil it, but there’s a pineapple. And Mr. Slave still beats that. How? Watch it. The Frog King at the end made me grin… a smart callback to an old episode.
But the Mr. Slave flashbacks were my favorite part. They give him a weird, funny depth I didn’t see coming. Wendy holds the story together, so it never feels like shock for shock’s sake.
7.5/10: It’s crude, it’s mean, and it still has a point.
