Ep 11 “Chinpokomon” is South Park at its most gloriously offensive. The Pokémon spoof hits every beat – brainwashing kids, Japanese chatter, militaristic merch – and never blinks. That penis-size gag? ROFL, especially when Clinton drops it on TV.
The conclusion is genius: the surefire way to kill a trend? Have your parents embrace it. Cartman’s hustle, Kyle’s suspicion, Kenny’s mascot-crush death – all land. It’s dumb-smart satire that trusts you to keep up.
8.5/10: Sharp, silly, and savage. One of Season 3’s best for me. Only thing missing? Those classic Matt/Trey prologue/epilogue bookends – I really missed the “Macon eats Bacon” vibe from last season.
