The Brilliant Counter-Culture Satire of the Legendary Swear Counter
This is an absolute legendary Season 5 opener that easily earns a solid 162/10 !. LOL
Solid counter-culture satire, perfectly attacking television censorship and corporate marketing gimmicks. What makes it so brilliant is how it exemplifying the absurdity of “bad words”…. the entire country goes completely insane over the word “sh*t” being said uncensored on prime-time TV, yet nobody stops to consider that there are far worse, genuinely harmful words out there.
Blending that sharp media commentary with an ancient, dragon-summoning curse and an active on-screen counter is peak South Park.
8.5/10: It’s smart, boundary-pushing, and incredibly funny.
