I enjoyed how this episode tackles animal cruelty head-on, taking the anti-meat message to brilliant satirical extremes.
Cartman hijacking the standoff negotiations with his absurd demands had me laughing out loud, especially after seeing his Mission Impossible play set put to work again. The sly medical diagnosis for Stan’s vegetarianism – warning he’d turn into a giant pussy – was a hilarious, cheeky jab at forced peer pressure. Forcing the government to legally rename veal to “Little Tortured Baby Cows” hit the absolute bullseye, proving how sharp Trey Parker and Matt Stone’s commentary remains.
It is a fantastic, chaotic entry that delivers huge laughs and earns a solid 7.5/10 from me.
