Two for two this season. Cartman hates hippies so much that the town basically hands him a badge and lets him loose, and honestly, that’s all the setup this needs.
What really got me was Randy swearing his generation was different, then eating those words almost immediately. Every dad insists the 70s were somehow purer, and this episode takes that idea out back. Same drum circles, same nonsense, different decade. I also love that the whole thing turns into a disaster movie halfway through.
The drill sequence is dumb in the best possible way, and watching the crew get slowly worn down by the vibe made me laugh out loud. Slayer saving South Park is the ending I would’ve written in middle school, and it absolutely rules.
8/10: Not an all-timer for me, but a really fun watch.
