The series has been picking up nicely over the last couple of episodes, and this one continues that improvement.
We are finally getting more of the Avatar adventure I was hoping for, with less of the Disney princess flavour that dominated some of the earlier episodes. The chases through the Harshlands and the encounters with the spirits bring back a stronger sense of action and mystery.
I also liked seeing Sang return, adding a welcome touch of continuity to the story. The twins’ journey is becoming more engaging as they uncover their past and face the consequences of Nisha’s public revelation.
There are still plenty of questions waiting to be answered, but the show seems to have found a better balance between character development, mythology and adventure. Hopefully, it keeps moving in this direction.
